Is anyone able to take pictures with the camera and view them in the album?

I was going to run through the game to take all the "ghost" photos, but whenever I take a picture nothing happens in game, and when I try to open the Album under the Extras menu, the game just freezes or goes to a black screen until I hit the escape key.

It does save a .bmp file saved in the Photos folder, but when I try to open it with a photo viewer it comes up as a corrupt file.
