Any one aware of anyone working on an AI Upscaling project for this game or has an already completed AI texture upscale pack?

Many projects but most of the time, people get tired of this HUGE work to do....
There was a project, .... more than 10 years ago ... it's dead of course.

To be honest, your best bet is to get your hand on the MGS twin snakes for gamecube, and... the Upscaled textures floating around.
Of course, the guy who was doing this job.... got flagged by Konami (no sens of humour, especially with MGS...).
But you can still get the work he has done , if you find him and ask nicely..... good luck !
