Metal Fatigue installed correctly. I let the Intro screen play then I try changing the resolution. Well Metal Fatigue no longer launches I get this error located in the picture, I have tried uninstall and reinstalling the game about 5 times now going into the nglide settings and changing resolution. Running GOG and the game as Admin. Am I missing something here?

Yup. For me, it just crashes on startup despite reinstalling and verifying twice.
did you ever figure this out? I'm running into the same problem. I was going to change the resolution of the game, then it crashed and now wont start.

Even after two uninstalls and verifications.

It almost seems like there is a setting stored somewhere that is persistant, but i haven't found anything in the registry.
This might help you guys. There are links to a guide for fixing knowen crashes as well as a unofficial community Discord.
