Hey there ,

Was super excited to see MF finally show up on GOG. I managed to boot it up once and the font was near unreadable due to resolution on my 1920x1080 screen so i tried switching the res in the main menu and it crashed and has since refused to boot up. I tried a clean reinstall and even that hasnt helped so far.
I found out theres a small settings program that lets you switch res and between directx and vulkan outside of the game but no option there has solved the problem.
This happened to me too, but using Win XP SP2 compatibility mode fixed it for me.
well me too :-( makes me sad waitet for this one long time... just starts then for a second a window opens and thats it.. tried komb mods resolution and all that but nothing.

*solved* dont start it from gog galaxy i had to go to the main folder on HDD an start it there and then no problems.

Edit: Just saw you found a solution in the last post. You should flag it as solved.

Had the same issue. Worked the first time and then not again.

Tried a few things, what eventually worked was running the compatibility checker directly on mfatigue.exe. It ended up running as XP SP3 on my Windows 10 machine.
It also now runs directly from GOG Galaxy,
