Hello ! I'm french and i have download "Messiah" on Gog.com, but my english being poor i don't really understand the totality universe of "Messiah", however I have one commercial version in french of "Messiah" (who is not compatible with my computer) I would like to know how to replace the English files of Messiah by the French language files of the version that I have ?

I'm also interested in this. I've seen that some languages (spanish, french, italian, german) are included in the files of this game. As soon as I get to change this I'll let you know.

Easy
Go to C:\Program Files\GOG.com\Messiah
Find Messiah.eng and rename it for backup.
Rename the langage file you want between Messiah.fra, Messiah.ger, Messiah.ita or Messiah.esp in Messiah.eng
Now texts are in your langage.

I think this registry control language settings.But I tried this,a game CTD.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node > Shiny > Messiah > 1.0.000
and open "Language" registry and change value "E" to "F".

I found the solution before translating it, I had to rename the file extensions for example

Salut, j'avais le jeu original et la version FR marchait pas réellement, les cinématiques étaient en Anglais et la fin du jeu avait buggué et était en full english.

After a while, I installed the game again, however I realized that the Messiah.ita file does not exist, how come? Where can I find the file?
I have downloaded the game several times, but that file is not there ...

Hi, I have been able to run the game with spanish audio and texts just installing the CD version in the same path than GOG version.
Hope this works for someone.
