When an employee is talking on a podium and the setting is generating reputation points, or whatever the term was for the yellow stars in circles, I expereince extreme lag and stuttering. When the talk generates nature (green leaf) or science (blue test tube) points I don't get the same extreme performance loss.

I want to bring this to somebody's attention. For reference I am running 1.1.1 and I am just about to try 1.1.2
