Once the Inventory gets full, is there a way to drop an item? Also, is there a manual for this game? I didn't see one listed on GOG.

Yes, you just break into pecies the items and you get rewarded with bits. However please verify first if the item is already in your collection otherwise you will lose it. Just read the label below the item since it is written there (already in your collection or not yet in your collection).
