I can't figure out how to attach wings to the bot. I tried attaching to the "Shoulder" and "Arm" areas but that doesn't work. Do you have to have a certain core to use wings?

You attach them to the shoulder.
They have no other requirements... so maybe your game is glitched?

Yeah, I recently figured that out too. I guess it was a temporary glitch in the game.
