Anyone else is struggling with the labor economics?
I know the devs must prevent a certain kind of overpowered laboring in players town, but..
1. A lumberjack can barely cut enough firewood for 10 other citizens a year.
2. Field work does not pose a time problem, but the produce from field work does not even cover the cost of fertilizer (Patch 3.0.2.0). Even if field work does not pose a time problem, field product processing indeed does take life taking ages.
3. At the moment I've a population of 17 people which demand 13 food per hour. One! tavern worker can produce 1,5 cooked meat per hour. Just imagine the restaurant prices for this meat. Spoiler: It's not 2 coins.
Overall its not worth to have people do labor for your town yet (in my POV). Due to alpha status it is not very depressing but I want the citizens to be more helpful overall though.
I cant be the only one.
Wish you the very best! Have some very pleasant xmas days!
