Hey guys so i seem to be having a couple of looking around issues.
During the cutscene of MOHAA:s it seems to lag however when i get in game it appears to go but then sometimes pops up on a couple of occassions. I got no idea whats causing it.

Im running it with custom widescreen settings using

seta r_customwidth "1920" //set this variable to whatever you want the resolution to be.
seta r_customheight "1080" //set this variable to whatever you want the resolution to be.
seta r_mode "-1"
seta ui_console "1"
seta developer "0" //setting to 1 will cause number of npcs to display.

Im running it with an I5 2500k, an AMD 6950 2gb model, and 8gb of ram.

Any help would be appreciated
Sorry to dig old posts out, but I'm searching the same problem with mouse movement on other game. When it comes to these old games, one little tool that has been a life saver is DxWnd. Maybe it works with Medal of Honor too! It helped me with the original Delta Force and others. Just make sure to enable "Expert Mode" in the options, a ton more tabs will appear then.
Putting seta in_mouse "-1" into the autoexec.cfg inside the main folder worked fine for me.
thank you berzerk2002 - this hint with the seta in_mouse worked for me at least on one computer ,i will test the other installs on the other pcs as well.meanwhile a huge thank you.
In addition to setting seta in_mouse "-1" also setting seta m_filter "1" helps.

Seems like it's due to mice with high polling rates, so you could either lower the polling rate if possible or use an older mouse.

Though since I couldn't do that without installing bloated software for my mouse I settled on simply disabling vsync (r_swapInterval "0") and setting the framerate limit to 120 (com_maxfps "120") which is double my 60hz monitor, so everything was very responsive and screen tearing wasn't that bad.

You know you can uninstall the software as soon as you are satisfied with the settings and have updated the mouse's firmware. I did so and the settings stuck as they are saved in the mouse.
