I found the most popular server for MOH:AA (in North America) to be <MLS> Which stands for Major League Stoners. I'm not apart of thier organization but I did join the discord server and asked a few questions about a download they have on their website.

It's called "MLS Menu 1.4.6"

Description: This mod adds the MLS server list buttons so you can join us quickly with only 1 click.It also removes annoying MOHAA intro.You can use it as an MP3 players as well.

Installation: Place this in MOHAA/MAIN folder.
