I was able to open and play the game in Windows 10 but when I changed all resolution settings to the maximum, the game crashed and could not open the game again.
I uninstalled the game, restart Windows 10, then reinstalled, but still could not open it.
I bought the game at GOG.com.
Please help.

I just went to regedit, deleted all folders and files pertaining to Medal of Honor, reinstalled the game I downloaded from GOG, and it worked well.
I could play MOHAA again.
