While I'm playing, sometimes I have the inability to duck in perfectly capable areas. To rectify the issue, I have to alt-tab out and back in, and then press escape twice and then I'm able to duck.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

This happened me too, only in Breakthrough expansion, but I have no idea what is causing this issue...I have Win7.

I'm having the issue with the standard campaign, so it's probably engine or programming related.
