WHen i click on multiplayer, then browse servers im not seeing anything. How do i get online?

GameSpy masterserver, which keeps list of all online MoH servers has been shut down, hence you're unable to find any server to connect to.
If you check the game's store page, you can read this:
Multiplayer notice: The game's multiplayer servers are no longer supported by the publisher and the only option available is LAN (no CD-key required).
That said, check this site for online multiplayer unofficial support: http://mohreborn.com/
