For Spearhead, can somebody tell me which version of the game EXE is patched? The patched EXE fixes a hang for me, but I notice the patched EXE is about half the size of my "moh_spearhead.exe" produced by patching the game to 2.15. (I'm using the retail DVD release.)

clarry: The binaries I posted are based on the latest GOG version, which as far as I'm aware hasn't changed since I made my fixes in 2020. They should be identical in size to the exes you get from GOG.

I don't have the retail release and I have no idea how it differs from GOG's.

Bump. Renaming the executables to mohaa.exe seems more like a band-aid solution than a fix.

Filename renaming didn't work for me (game still crashed during level loading), but the following helped:

1. Go here: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/214065105-Medal-of-Honor-Allied-Assault-War-Chest?product=gog
2. Find the Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest - Game crashes at launch issue in the list
3. You'll be told to download gldirect5 library (http://files.gog.com/support/gldirect5/gldirect5_library.zip) and put it in the main game directory. That worked for me.

dll fix works, if you are on linux and using wine though remember to add an override for it in the control panel.
