Can anyone download the RoR offline installer, Tech Manual and OST? I haven't been able to download them, yet for some reason my game has updated to the latest version. I can use the Crusader and get the perks of RoR but I can't download the offline materials.

I had no trouble downloading RoR offline installer.

I have the same problem with the RoR Offline Installer.
I click on the entry, but no download starts. For everything else the download works.

I've figured out a way around the issue: I used the website to download the files rather than Galaxy. So this is less of a RoR problem and more of a Galaxy problem.
