So just wondering if anyone is getting this, after i install the game i usually run the repair verify program (through galazy). It is alway downloading 39 MP everytime I do this. not sure what is going on.

Also, is anyone elsse having a hard time finding/getting Police Body Armor for the cantina quest? Run over a dozen missions looking all over the map, and picking up every item box there is and it never drops. I know i'm in the right area because it has the green ladder thing over various stars. It just never seem to drop not sure if it is bugged or not.

I haven't had much time with those types of quests. It could be that it is faction based on what is dropped though, so perhaps you are going against the wrong faction? This might make sense if you are aligned with the House and are fighting against outlaws, etc.

For the cantina quest, I assume you mean the Treasure Hunter category, where you need to find some non-equipment item? For this, first off you need to be in the right conflict zone - there will be an extra icon on systems with contracts available. Second, when you go to select a contract, there will sometimes be an extra line saying the item is available during this mission (similar to multi-mission contracts) - if the contract doesn't have the extra bit,, you won't find the quest item no matter how carefully you comb the map. Third, when you do have a contract where the item is available, Ryana will usually say some extra stuff and give an extra waypoint where the item is (when you get close, it should have a gold line marking it, as opposed to a normal box's white)

As an aside to the third point, I once had a mission where the item was available, but Ryana didn't say anything or give me a marker (it was a beachhead mission), but I still managed to find the item).
