No matter I update the game to the latest version, or completely redownload the game with Galaxy, the download stucks at 91.5%(sometimes 91.6%). Have tried on different PCs but all the same.

Anyone got some idea?

Try closing down all GOG processes in the task manager then reopening GOG. I've had that happen occasionally and doing this seemed to fix it.
