Anyone have any news if we are going to be issued an offline incremental patch from 1.1.300 to 1.2.304 so we don't have to re-download the entire game?

Do you honestly expect us to believe you don't have an incremental? Or that you can't issue one? What's up guys?

... yeah, I know, I don't expect a reply, but a 20+gb redownload of the entire game at ~600Kbs isn't trivial.

We might have to ask Support directly. Also, they need to change 1.2.304 to 1.1.304.

It's entirely possible there isn't one. It depends on many factors like if the game has precompiled shaders and they updated them, plus the game is pretty big in general. I could list 50 reasons but none would make you feel any better.
