Does somebody know the way how you can unlock the FPS-Lock of 30 FPS in MDK ?
Oh, and in the DirectX-Version there´s an option to enable that Kurt isn´t just a 2D-Sprite and, instead of that, replace him with a polygon model! Does somebody know where you can get the same effect in Glide?
He´s definitivly 2D in the levels, but 3D in the minecrawler-landing-section. I´d like to have him 3D both times, course a 2D-Kurtwith very pixeled edges running through a perfectly anti-aliaised world looks a bit strange...

Look at this pics for example to understand what I´m talking about:
First one: Pixeled (2D) Kurt, nice (3D and antialiased) world; Second one: Nice Kurt (3D+antialiased), but crappy background (2D)

And the ingame-scene should be 3D-3D!

I actually like Kurt's 2D pixellated sprite model more than the polygonal 3D one. Early 3D was crappy as hell, while later 2D was almost a form of art.
Nobody found a solution for this?

Have to agree on the second part, but not on the first one!
Late 2D-Graphics were superb---but not if they were combinded with 3D-graphics!!!
This always looked like crap and STILL looks like crap in modern games ;)

And BTW: MDK is, at overall, still looking extremly nice and the HighQuality antialiasing shows really nice details in the 3D-Models! Problerbly one of the games that was so much ahead of it´s time nobody ever really recognized it!
I want to know about the 30FPS thing as well

Pretty sure you can't have 3D Kurt during gameplay. I doubt they even gave him the animations for all the actions you'd need.

But whatis this option in the DX version? I've never seen it. You can only choose if you'd like him to be a blit or a texture.
