Okay, so this issue is very strange and I still can't wrap my head around it.

So upon installing MDK, the mouse will function normally, but within like 10 seconds the clicks don't even work anymore. I can still move the pointer and the menu options light up, but clicking does absolutely nothing. When I close the game and reopen it, clicking just doesn't work at all.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and the exact same thing happened; mouse clicks work for 10 seconds on the initial opening then stop working altogether.

I have a Windows 10 64-bit laptop that I know is more than capable of running the game (the performance thing on the options menu is very helpful and I really wish more games had it). I've tried compatibility mode and running as an administrator and neither of them worked. I looked at the options menu and the mouse is enabled so I have no idea why it would work and then suddenly stop.
