I got the same issue on win7 64bits.
Only manual shutdown via taskmanager takes me back to desktop.
EDIT: i just noticed WIN7 isn`t in the compatibility list on the store page. Thats fine with me then ..guess i ll play it once I`m on a different OS again :)
