I was wondering if any of you have been confronted to the problem I am facing right now. Basically, I just can't install the game. The installation process stops at ninetyish percent. EVERYTIME. No matter what I try. I've redownloaded the file from my game library several times, nothing.

To you have any ideas of the origin of this problem and how to fix it ?

The first step would be to determine whether the installer is intact. Right-click and choose Properties, then go to the Digital Signatures tab and double-click the signature listed. If it says "This digital signature is OK" then the installer is intact; if it says "This digital signature is not valid" then the installer is broken and that's where the problem is.

If the installer is intact then one possibility is your security software blocking or sandboxing the installation. Try temporarily disabling your security software while the game is installing.

I did what you advised and the Digital Signature is ok. I disabled my security software, didn't change a thing. So, I don"t understand where is the matter.

And it is not the first Gog game I try to install. But it is the first one showing this issue.

I've never had this problem, but we might be able to scrounge some answers if you could provide us with a little detail. For example: What operating system are you using? If it's Vista or 7, make sure you install the game by right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator" and do not install into the Program Files (x86) directory.

I'm sorry I don't have more than the most basic advice at the moment.

I'm currently playing MDK and I'd hate for anyone else to be deprived of the zany fun!
