As it seems, I have the same Problem. Extracting the file DID work but it can't be opened by any program.
It's a normal .PDF file that's merely missing its file extension, i.e. the .pdf at the end. Rename the file to include the extension, and it works.

Sadly, even with the file extension it doesn't work. The PDF Reader starts automaticly and says, the file is damaged. Thx anyway!
