Where is my moo 1's music ?

before i only played moo2, bought pack when sale, but when i lauched the moo1, only playing music on main menu, no music when entering the control screen
have confirmed music is "on" in game option, but still no music

Unlike MOO2, MOO1 does not play background music in the galaxy/management screens.

Music will play during diplomatic/council scenes, during combat, and during certain special events (such as GNN broadcasts).
