The specs say that it will run on Win7. Does it work or do you have to run it though DOSBox?

The installer will install DosBox in the "Program Files\GoG\DosBox" directory (if it's not already there) and you get an automatic config and shortcut that runs MoO.

So yeah, it runs through DosBox, but if you don't go looking for it, it's not something you'd particularly notice.
