Intel i5, GeForce 1060 6 GB, 16 GB RAM, Win 7.
According to FRAPS, MoO 3 produces about 2500 to 3000 fps, although I have set it to 60 fps and vsync on in NVidia control center. The GPU does not seem to get much affected, the 4 virtual CPUs however run at about 80% all the time.
Any ideas what is going on?
