My monitor is 1366x768, so when I launch MoO3, for some reason the resolution is off enough to put a lot of the window off screen. This probably wouldn't have been a problem, except there are a number of buttons that are offscreen because of it. Is there a way to change the resolution, or at least put it into windowed mode?

you need to add the window mod patch from bhuric
and set the desktop color to 16 bit
that way the game will run in a window
