I remember Moo having trouble with later versions of Windows.

How does it sit with W7?

I'm reinstalling it at the minute, for old times sake.

GoG Version uses Dosbox and the Dos Version, this works very well. The Windows Version is quite troublesome so the Dos Version is the better choice,
