Hello;

I am quite puzzled as to what conditions are there to surrendering a systém. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can not.

I think one is no other race present in the systém?
The other one would be a distance related, if the race I am trying to give it to can fly there or not?

Anyone help please?

The system must be in range with the empire you want to surrender it to, also the presence of other species doesn't count, when you surrender a System you surrende the colonies you have there not the system as such.
