is there a way to stretch the window, or play in a larger box? maybe full screen? the box runs awefully small.

i am an Moo1 noobie, even though i love the game.. maybe spent 10-20 hours at most of that spend in early game scenarios . Should i give the unofficial patch a try? or keep learning before i give it a try?

what exactly does it do to change up the game outside the bug fixes? kinda hard to get if you don't understand all the lingo.. :)



*edit, When you first tech up terraforming, a pop up box shows,and it is asking you if you want to increase your ecolgy rations on all of your colonies in order go begin to terrforming.. then it has 4 options, No, +25, +50, +75%.. what exactly does picking a box do? and what are the differences between the options.. Not really sure what the number effects, or what variables are with it.

-In dosbox alt+enter = fullscreen
-Imo GOG patch is a good one, its mostly about bug/glitch fix. Play that.
-Im not sure, but i think the terraform question is about to change your colonies to do terraform now, or not. And if yes, how much of your resources do you want to spend to terraform (eco line in the planet).

yea.. i kinda figured it out after a while.. spent the afternoon having fun.. No clue how to get um to vote for me.. I ended up in a war with some one that colonized half the systems,, i had the most powerfull fleet/planets according to the stat thing.

When playing MoO for the first time earlier this year I used the unoffical patch from day 1, and I didn't regret it.
