Open 1oom-fork-v1.7.6b-SDL2-fluidsynth.zip
Copy 1oom_classic_sdl2.exe to ORIGINAL INSTALL of main Moo 1 folder where STARMAP.exe and ORION.exe are at (there are no other files, it is all in 1oom_classic_sdl2.exe)

double-click on 1oom_classic_sdl2.exe to run it in windows

FYI fluidsynth is 1oom-fork with soundfont support on Windows
