I can;'t go to Antares and win the game without a Dimensional Portal. It has disappeared as an option to select in the research list!

Is there some way this can be corrected??

You need to win in another way or start a new game since unless you chose to have the Antarans, and thus the portal, in the game when you set up the starting parameters, you cannot have them later in that particular play-through.
