In Moo2 planet production screen I can't select refit or design (buttons are greyed out) for ships. I'm stuck with default ships the entire game!!!
Is this a simple setting that I am missing? I've tried reinstalls and has not helped.
update:
Oppps.... just saw a post that solves the problem....check tactical combat box in game setup.
