The AI seems a bit slow to spread and not very aggressive with its fleets. The AI seems quick to demand something and then declare war when refused.

It does how ever send a lot of scouts to my outposts.

In my first game, the AI colonized about 4 systems each, even at turn 300 in a medium galaxy. This seemed a bit odd.
