Hello,

Just finished my first game -- wanted to jot down some thoughts here. While in general the fleet management is "OK", it could really stand for some improvement -- my two initial thoughts regarding it are:

1. rally points for ship construction are a necessity, and I couldn't figure out how to set them up.
2. it should be easier to split fleets (i.e. if you have a large fleet, to take half of it without having to click on every ship individually).

Thanks!
Number three is around ship/fleet upgrades -- first of all, kudos on the raw system. It's the best that I've seen in any sort of game thus far. The updating of ship designs is very smooth (although I would appreciate better visibility into what changes are proposed for a design, as the very small icons don't do a good job of relaying that information). Similarly the prompt to upgrade all ships that are capable of being upgraded is great, and the auto-upgrade of ships that are under construction is excellent (seriously, why don't more games do that?)

I _would_ like to see a way to re-enter both the "auto-upgrade designs" and "upgrade all ships" dialogs from the interface, though. If you want to check on a design to more thoroughly ascertain what the effect of the upgrades will be, then you might want to skip the dialog and go back to it later. Similarly, if you don't have enough currency on-hand to upgrade all of your ships at once, you might want to reopen it a few turns later, and you can't really do that (at least, until you've made another discovery that opens it).

Alternatively, it would be great to have these options available in the ship design dialog itself (i.e. why isn't there an "upgrade this design" button in the design view, that gives you drastically better overview of the impending changes). The "upgrade all ships" dialog should be accessible from inside the fleet management screen, I would think.

Thanks!
As an additional remembrance:

When adding or removing modules from ships (during ship design), I'd often find that the explanatory text for the module was truncated in a way that it plainly wasn't meant to be. This was a little irritating, sometimes. Fairly certain that this is just a bug, but would be great if it could be fixed so that the explanatory text is fully visible.

Thanks!
There should be a fleet and a ship list. Where you can easily see, what techt they got equipped and maybe the combat rating. Listed damage would be fine too.

So kind of repair assistant would be very nice. An automatic which you can turn on, set a limit and it will send your too damaged ships to the next outpost or starbase.

Some kind of repair ships would be nice. Like a mobile warft, where you can repair your ships on a campaign. That could exist in different sizes, each capable to repair a unit of some smaller or maybe even of the same size.
