I'm playing as the Psilons and have a spy inserted in the human empire and have collected their star charts 5 times. The achievement has not triggered. Is there something else that I need to do?

Make certain you are playing the default Psilion race and not a custom race based off the Psilion.

A custom race will not give you the achievement.

I've made no adjustments to the race. Only customization was to pick my opponents to be sure I would have the humans present.

Are you on the Mac by any chance?

I know you can get it on the windows GOG version since I have it. I would make certain GOG Galaxy is running and maybe try a new game.

Nope, PC. But I got the achievement to trigger over the weekend by assigning a higher level mission. I believe I did the Hacking mission and got it.
