My library still shows 43.4 as the only download available (Mac OS). Any reason why i am not seeing 43.6 yet?

So my account now shows that 43.6 (GOG-16) is now available. Yay!!!

But when i downloaded and installed it my game still says its version 43.4 Booo!

This is Mac version by the way. Any other Mac folks seeing this?
