Just got the community patch but there are a few things that i didn't like so i tried to reverse a patch.
i tried to reverse the IW001.txt patch and got an error message saying "warning, source file different at..."

what i did was:
1. reverse iw001.txt iw001rev.txt
2. fileset wizards.exe iw001rev.txt

It's probably best to just reinstall the game to a different folder. It's and old game and won't take much time.

Gog Galaxy has a 'verify games files' function if you're using that.
