Ah, the hours and hours and hours I spent on this game back then. The graphics are very dated. But the game is still fun.
There's a bug you should be aware of: you can't cast spells as your wizard when your home city is attacked. Serious bug, since the AI comes after you. Put a spell casting hero there and make sure you have a full garrison.
