Hello!

Some of the really old games here are only supported on DOS. But GoG took some efford to make them playable on Windows using Dosbox. Some of them, like Ultima Underworld, even work on MacOS with Dosbox. I just saw that unfortunately MoM is not supported on MacOS. I guess that if it works with Dosbox for games like UU it should work for MoM as well.
So my request for the GoG team, that are without doubt very knowledgable about it, is to make MoM available to MacOS users via Dosbox.
If that is not possible does anybody of you guys know how to do that myself?

Thanks for your help :)

PS: I was able to get it to run with Wineskin but for some reason it is super slow :(

Have you looked in these threads?

Thanks, I will try to follow these steps

Edit: I read through a bunch of topics and the easiest solution besides using Wineskin is using Boxer, a DOSBox wrapper or something similar. Unfortunately MacOS Catalina only supports 64 bit applications so Boxer will not run on my OS. DOSBox does though, so I will have to dig through their tutorial and get it to run by myself. I downloaded Master of Magic for Windows which uses DOSBox (it is embedded withing the application) and try to just set it up the same way using the shipped configuration files. My aim is to make it self-contained like the Windows application is. Should it work I will attach the application bundle to this thread without the MoM game files, so everybody can use it, if they have those files.
