Well, getting straight to the point: Open the root directory of your game, and then open the "dosbox.conf" file with a text editor, and look for the lines...

fullresolution=original
Enter the maximum resolution of your monitor here, example 1366x768;

output=surface
Change to ddraw;

scaler=tv3x
Change to normal3x.

That's all!
These are basic changes that will make the game run on any PC with any graphics card from the last 13 years. ;)
