I am hoping to hear from the dev on this one.

Battled my way through the last mission, completed the mission and the game will not progress to the ending.

It just sits idly.

Very disappointing end to a good game.

Edit:

Never mind, I see that you must manually end the mission then choose an unclear option to play a very choppy end sequence. Still a poor way to end the game.

I got all the mononliths and completed the game on challenge.

spoilers ahead so don't read on if you don't want to know

The gameplay still runs at the end of the mission but just remains in limbo-no notification, nothing.

You actually have to end the mission manually, then go back to the mission selector and choose a new highlighted option resembling stars over the final mission. This then gives you the very choppy cinematic ending.

Possibly one of the worst ways I have ever seen to script an ending, such a shame for a very enjoyable game.

That certainly isn't intentional, for me the ending sequence played when I finished the last floor, just as you would expect.

Hi there,
first of all please bear with us as we're just a two man (husband + wife) indie studio, so covering all social channels and forums is quite challenging. ;) Sorry to hear you had that issue. Normally it should work like huan mentioned in the last post. The ending sequence should play automatically right after you've finished the last floor.
So it looks like you've run into a bug here. I'll see if I can try to recreate and fix it. Nevertheless I'm happy to hear you enjoyed our game! :)

Cheers!
