So, after poking around in my Majesty directory, I came across a sample mod by the Cyberlore devs called "Adjust Guardhouse Mod". Evidently this mod is supposed to change the (upgraded) guardhouses so that it's garrisoned by 2 guards instead of 1.

Trouble is, after following the Readme and running the CopyToUserFolder.bat file, the files appear to be copied over to the correct folder (they are placed in a "Mods" folder under your Majesty HD documents folder in Windows), it doesn't appear to be working. Near as I can tell, each upgraded Guardhouse is still only garrisoned by 1 Guard. Worse, the mod seems to break upgraded Guardhouses slightly in that Veteran Guards don't replace the standard Guards consistently.

Anybody able to shed more light upon this situation or that have figured out a way to get the mod working?

EDIT: So I solved my own problem. All this time I totally missed seeing the "Mods" buttons on the main screen. All I had to do was click "Add Mod", activate the mod and voila, it worked!
