Okay, I got my hopes high... when I look at the steam forums, the visitors there are actually of limited number. So the probabilty to meet someone here, who wants to share his thoughts about the game, might converge to zero. But it's a risk I'll take. With this said...
..I gotta say, that MAIZE is my secret highlight of this winter's game releases. The game being linear and the puzzles being easy put aside, the story and the exploration of this atmospheric environement was one of the coolest things I played this year.
And what I really liked is, how the game starts very early trying to put a seed in your mind - the question: "why you don't speak" - what are you?! I liked how the game threw out breadcrumbs that carefully lead to the answer to this question. I got a suspicion very early in the game and I was 90% sure, before I found the second half of this poster that tells it straight to your face. I felt rewarded that I found out, this little quest(ion), that was nowhere written down in a journal.
Awesome game. Awesome grumpy bear. Hopefully there somehow will be a part two :)
