The Magic Carpet guide states:
"World 9 , Kutoor, does not appear in the game". Is it a joke or is it true? Is it maybe a multiplayer-only world?

5 worlds were removed during final stages of production. They never appeared in any version of the game. You proceed directly from world 8 to 10.

ZFR: 5 worlds were removed during final stages of production. They never appeared in any version of the game. You proceed directly from world 8 to 10.
Thank you for your answer and...how comes that replying to someone shows old name and avatar. I would call this, if not a bug, a little bit messy.
