I followed the steps to restoring music, but for most of the time that I'm driving and playing in general there is no music playing, and when it does its only a one of like four tracks that gets a bit repetitive despite being good.

Also all the music i've heard is instrumental, with no lyrics, is that how its supposed to be?

So each suburb of the city should have its own 'theme' when you're in it, all instrumentals except for Chinatown, I believe. But throughout the story you'll hear radios playing other songs and even a live act playing out on the Ferry at one stage. Basically if you're driving a car around and it's not nighttime or in the country, you should be hearing music playing.

It must not have been working for part of the game or something, but yeah its started to work except for the radio songs where i've only heard like 2 songs in total.
