I can't get past this door. I've checked walk-throughs, I've watched videos, I know I have the right combo, it just wont let me open it. I've restarted the mission several times, I even restarted the game from the beginning thinking maybe it was a problem with the first play through. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? If I can't get it to work can I get a refund?

Edit: I forgot to mention I ran the Galaxy Repair/Verify tool and it didn't help.
