I dont know about anyone else, but I have had this game on ALL versions, from the stock dvd, to steam, to gog, to that other app (was it MS something? Its gone now), and ALL of them, except the dvd version on WinXPsp1, have given me problem when I go to steal the car for the 1st time, it goes into slomo for 3 hours (NOT lying, 3 whole hours it slomo's, until I have no idea what unlocks it).
Is there a way to avoid this?
I am not using any cheats, console commands, nothing, and it does it every game.
I would have THOUGHT gog being drm-less would have solved the issue, but nope, same crud, same 3 hours in slomo until I quit.
Thinking about asking for my money back, since this seems to be no different than the steam version.
