I have a Ryzen 3 1200 CPU, GTX 1050ti and 8GB of DDR4 RAM.
My drivers are all up to date and every game seems to run perfectly- other than this one.
I can get 60FPS at high settings easily on modern titles, but on Mafia, even on the lower settings, my computer struggles to make 60 FPS.

I have gone into the Nvidia control panel and reset global and program settings just in-case I have changed them in the past and I have re-installed the game, yet the issue persists.

I haven't played this game for months due to a backlog of games and now I can't even play it at the standard I'd like to.

Are there any fixes, suggestions or known reasons for this?

Thanks in advance.

tl;dr:
-Struggling to reach 60 FPS
-Latest drivers
-Reset settings in Nvidia control panel
-Tried reinstalling

This game works fine only with a cap of 30 fps... (v-sync half refresh rate from nvidia/amd control drivers)

Try to post on geforce forums for a fix
